He specializes in construction law, corporate law, and civil litigation. He represents clients’ interests in negotiations, during the pretrial phase, and in courts of all levels. In construction projects, he provides support from the drafting and negotiation of contracts through to project completion or dispute resolution. He drafts and negotiates contracts, assesses performance risks, resolves disputes, and, when necessary, defends clients’ interests in court. Represents designers, contractors, developers, building managers, and clients (builders). In corporate law, prepares incorporation documents, shareholder agreements, articles of incorporation, and other internal documents. We advise on matters of restructuring, reorganization, bankruptcy, and liquidation; represent clients in litigation; defend creditors’ interests; and collaborate with bankruptcy administrators. He also handles matters related to the conclusion and performance of contracts and insurance law, and represents clients in civil disputes and cases involving administrative offenses (unauthorized construction, tax violations).
